Green Bramble Smoothie
Refreshing and packed with nutrients, this green smoothie is especially popular with summer visitors at the Bramble House B & B:
> 1/2 cup water
> 1 cup green grapes
> 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
> 1/2 banana
> 2 cups packed baby spinach
> 1/2 cup ice cubes
Blend on high for 30 – 45 seconds. Sip and enjoy!
